Tax & Compliance
Obligations on a calendar, not in someone's memory.
Compliance failures are rarely caused by complexity. They are caused by no single party holding the complete list of what is due, from which entity, and by when.
The remit
What we take ownership of
CFO World maintains a consolidated regulatory calendar across your entities: what is due, who prepares it, who reviews it, and the date it must be filed. Nothing sits outside that list.
Preparation is handled by our team from the same ledger used for reporting, which removes the reconciliation gap that appears when accounting and compliance sit with different providers.
Where a jurisdiction requires a locally licensed professional to sign or file, we say so plainly and coordinate that specialist as part of the engagement. We do not represent CFO World as licensed in every country in which our clients operate.
- A single regulatory calendar across entities
- Direct and indirect tax compliance support (GST / VAT as applicable)
- Withholding and payroll-linked tax compliance where relevant
- Coordination with licensed local professionals per jurisdiction

How the work actually runs
A named team, a fixed calendar and defined responsibilities — so nothing depends on someone remembering to chase it.
- 01
Calendar review
The obligation register is reviewed monthly and reissued when the entity structure or activity changes.
- 02
Prepare early
Workings are prepared from closed books, not assembled in the final days before a deadline.
- 03
Review and file
Senior review before submission, with filing handled by us or by the licensed local professional as required.
- 04
Evidence retained
Acknowledgements, challans and confirmations filed centrally so any future query can be answered quickly.
